- Research and prepare data for Competitive Market Analysis
- Meet with you personally and explain all real estate forms
- Place yard and directional signs – indicating your home is for sale
- Place "special feature" cards if needed inside the home
- Take exterior and interior photos of your home for advertising purposes
- Input listing data into the CARMLS Multiple Listing Service. Your listing will also appear on DavidDunlap.com, Realtor.com, ColdwellBanker.com, Homesilove.com, Craigslist & Youtube.
- Prepare flyer with photo(s) for listing location
- Place listing on agent property tour and schedule a REALTOR open house inviting other Real Estate Agency's, Lendors, & Title Companies.
- Hold Open House(s)
- Answer questions and follow up with potential buyers or buyers agents regarding your property
- Office staff will set up the showing on your home and contact you with the date and time
- Contact you regarding feedback from showings
- Present and review all offers on your home.
- Negotiate the transaction with other agents
- Finalize the closing
- Review special marketing packages and options
